Why vote for Meghan Seaborne?

I have been the politics course representative for the past 2 years of my degree and have witnessed the importance of connecting my peers and their concerns to the department and lecturers. I am aware of not only the needs of my coursemates but also those the of other course representatives and believe that as department president I would be able to use this experience to benefit and enhance the usefulness of the SSLC. It is important to hold the department and its lecturers accountable for our issues and concerns and in the past 2 years I have successful brought both attention and result to many of the issues faced by my coursemates. I believe as course president I could achieve even more for the betterment of our university experience.
