Why vote for Samuel Hart?

As a current Environmental Science student and a previous Course Representative, I have developed a keen passion for the subject and a drive to create change within the School of Geography and Environmental Science. I aim to represent my peers as much as possible and collaborate with other representatives and faculty leaders to help ensure everyone has a positive academic experience. I am also committed to promoting sustainability within the university and hope to encourage aspects of sustainability within other disciplines as I feel like this would benefit all students. I am an empathetic character and within previous SLLC meetings have emphasised the need for better support for all students outside of the academic side of university, demonstrating the priority I feel should be owed to mental health support. Overall, I possess key leadership skills and am keen to collaborate with other students to help improve the School of Geography and Environmental Science. I feel I am well suited to this role and will endeavour to ensure all students enjoy their limited time at university.
