If you have a question for the University of Southamptons' Student Union (SUSU), or an idea you would like to put forwards, the best way to get in touch is via a You Make Change form where one of our Officers will respond

Incident Reporting
All activity which result in the loss or damage of equipment or vehicles, verbal abuse, or any other nature of incident which is not necessarily personal injury or building damage must be recorded on the Activity Report Form.
All incidents which result in personal injury or building damage must be recorded on the Health & Safety Accident & Incident Report Form. Please use this form to report sporting injuries etc.
