How to Book
Please note that you will need to try and book at least 3 weeks in advance.
Steps to book a room at SUSU:
- Submit a booking request through – https://www.susu.org/ivvy
- Submit a risk assessment, and if necessary food hygiene certificate, through your Groups Hub page.
- The Bookings Team will put together a quote and contract.
- Sign your contract once you’re happy with the quote.
- Ten working days prior, the Bookings Team will be in touch to check the details of your event.
- Enjoy your event day!

Suitable for live music, smaller capacity alcohol-led events, training sessions and one-off events. Eg. Casino nights, quizzes etc.
Veg Out

Suitable for wellbeing/community sessions. Eg. coffee and chatter or mid-scale events, laser tag.
