How to Book

Please note that you will need to try and book at least 3 weeks in advance.

 Steps to book a room at SUSU:

  1. Submit a booking request through – https://www.susu.org/ivvy
  2. Submit a risk assessment, and if necessary food hygiene certificate, through your Groups Hub page. 
  3. The Bookings Team will put together a quote and contract.
  4. Sign your contract once you’re happy with the quote. 
  5. Ten working days prior, the Bookings Team will be in touch to check the details of your event.  
  6. Enjoy your event day!

The Bridge

Suitable for live music, smaller capacity alcohol-led events, training sessions and one-off events. Eg. Casino nights, quizzes etc.

Veg Out

Layouts & Capacities

Suitable for wellbeing/community sessions. Eg. coffee and chatter or mid-scale events, laser tag.

Redbrick

Suitable for fundraising and marketing/promotion stalls.

The Study Space

Suitable for commercial sales. Eg. vintage clothing and poster sales, or exhibition space.
