What is University Mental Health Day?
University Mental Health Day is the biggest day of the year for student mental health, bringing the nation together to make mental health a university-wide priority. The aim is to create ongoing change in the future of student mental health.
University Mental Health Day happens every year in March. University Mental Health Day 2024 is taking place on Thursday 14 March.

We have lots planned for University Mental Health day this Thursday!
10:00am – 4:00pm: The Advice Centre Cost of Living Drop-Ins – Building 40, TAC
1:30pm – 2:30pm: Yoga, Building 42, Training Room
2:00pm – 4:00pm: GIAG: Bing and Begin Journaling, Building 42, Veg Out
5:00pm – 6:00pm: Meditation Soc, Faith and Reflection Centre
7:00pm – 10:30pm: Vixen’s Glass Painting Fundraiser, B42, Above Deck
